Born in Camrose, Alberta, Canada and later raised in the beautiful countryside, where I truly love to be. I'm lucky enough to be living out in the country again with my amazing man and our cute pups. You can catch me playing with our dogs & walking them down to their favourite spot by the lake catching the sunsets all year long. If I have free time I am definitely getting creative through movement, music, or writing. I love playing acoustic guitar and singing country tunes as music has been so healing for me over the years. I have always said the greatest gift I was given was my first guitar from my mother when I was 15 years old.

I've survived cancer twice under 20, which has definitely made me view things differently. You realize just how short and fragile life really is, and I don't want to be wasting it doing what isn't meant for me. I want to help others follow their passions and live with purpose, in the way that I have been searching for in myself.

 

If I could be the person to support you in the way that you need, to make goals with you and accomplish them- to let go of your fears and do what scares you, to encourage you to wake up each and every morning with a sense of purpose for the day. Then I am achieving my souls purpose. I want to help YOU, in the ways I know I can.

Over the past year I have become a Certified Integrative Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. This program was exactly what I was searching for and had me so excited to finally commit to a career path. I have always wanted to help people & through personal experience found that modern medicine wasn't meant for me to finish pursuing my nursing schooling- that I would much rather find preventative/ lifestyle changes as a way of helping people with their health.  As time goes on, I have found even more purpose, passion and wellness with this business and how things are aligning in my life. I feel very blessed to use my education to help as many people as I can who feel in alignment with who I am and what I have to offer.
